Hi

Just a quick question. I plan to test this but if anyone had the answer today that would be great.

If I set up autotexts (or building blocks) within a word 2007 template, does anyone know, if a document is then created using the template and autotexts and then saved as a separate document and then emailed out to say a client whether that client would be able to see the remaining unused autotexts (assuming they know where to look) or whether the link to the autotext is lost when leaving the network and they are only able to see the actual text that has been inserted?

Basically, I dont want the client to be able to see all the autotexts that are related to this specific document (which is how the autotexts have been set up - being saved in that template)

Thanks
B
