I've created Autotext. Now how can I get that Autotext to appear in the
drop-down when I'm creating an e-mail???

How come it's NEVER easy in Outlook???

Which drop down are you referring to?
Which version of Outlook are you using?

AutoText and other form of creating message templates in Outlook is

Ok. Here's the scoop.

We're on Microsoft Outlook 2003 (11.8313.8221) SP3

I changed my E-Mail Mail Format to ...

"Use Micorsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages".

Then when I go into and create a New e-mail, in the body of the e-mail, I
can...

Insert ==> AutoText

I created my AutoText but how can I get my created AutoText to appear in the
drop-down???

I am getting a new lap top and am trying to customize my laptop to the way
my other one is.

Can anyone help me out here???
