autotext disappearing

A lot of times, I'm finding autotext entries that I've made somehow
disappear, and I need to redo later. Any thoughts?

Autotext is a Word setting, so you must use Word as your email editor. OL
Help has some tips if you look up Autotext.

I do have that.... what's weird is I create it, use it for a couple days, and
then all of a sudden, some are no longer there
