The Draw button and Autoshapes button on the Drawing toolbar are greyed out. I can't insert autoshapes on any of my web pages. Why?

Make sure you have open a web first (File Menu | Open Web) and that under
Tools | Page Options | Compatibility that you have browsers set to custom
and VML graphics selected. Note: VML graphic only work well for users of IE
browsers, and do not work when placed in a shared border or FP Include Page.
