Autoshapes will not automatically resize.
Unless you are working on an Intranet where all users have Internet
Explorer running on Windows, avoid using autoshapes. These use VML
graphics which only display in Internet Explorer, other browsers render
a poor quality .gif representation or nothing at all.
The positioning used by VML graphics is also likely to wreck your page
layout if the browser and/or font size is changed by the users.
