I have an auto shape that contains a hyperlink to initiate Outlook with a
prefilled subject line. The problem is that sometimes the subject line does
not appear when some users click the link. I went tback to edit the
hyperlink and the Email address and Subject fields are correct. I can
successfully initate it from my computer. Trying to figure out where the
break is? Is it PPT or Outlook? Please help.

Yes everyone is using Outlook. How can I check on the subject tag concern.
I will also check the %20 spacing concern. I am pretty confident that there
are no random spaces.
