Is anyone aware of an add-in for Outlook or process within the program to automaticlly schedule a series of predetermined activities/appoinments based on a single initial event. For example, upon completing a sale to a client, a follow-up call is scheduled 3-days after the scheduled delivery date, another call one-month later and a final follow-up appoinment 6 months later. The ideal solution would allow a series of "campaigns" to be designed that comprise several tasks, appoinments and phone calls to be automatically scheduled based on single initial event.
