How to autorun a macro upon loaded by VB6?

I need to pick up a "total sum" in a worksheet. That total is programmed to be calculated by a macro.
As I'm new to Excel macro, I don't know how to activate this macro when the associated worksheet is loaded and called by my VB6 Sub. Can anybody help?
