Autorun for Flashcard Reader

My autorun for my built in flash card reader
quit working. I have contacted tiger tv whom I purchased
it from several times to no avail.
Question: is it possible ms automatic updates
is causing my problem? I have noticed after doing updates
my card reader will either start working again or stop
working after doing updates. Can you help? this is an
intermitent problem, effecting only the flash card reader,
autorun works fine when inserting a CD or DVD.
