Autorizing in Pro has window of IE that we can't get rid of

Hi, my friend has XP Pro that has a big screen that woun't go away and
it says it wants to connect to the internet to verify the authentisity
of windows but he don't want this computer on the internet and it's
not set up for the internet. So how do we get rid of this internet
explorer screen that keeps asking for the internet. thanks.

You will have to connect it to the internet.

i use Msn Messenger + plus - can i have the chat / vid accept window open up automatically on my monitor when someone starts a web cam request from me?
