I have very carefully followed the Outlook Help instructions several times
but do not get (at Step 5) '..a dialog box informing you...' which is
supposed to be responded to with YES.

When I continue anyway, I get an error report saying something like 'can't
send message'. Is this because of the Step 5 problem? If so, how do I fix
it.

Is it the 'reply with template' bug?
