Is it possible to send an autoreply to all incoming mail based on defined
criteria? We cannot use the Out of Office due to the fact that only 1 reply
goes out per sender, per day. We need this sent for each message received
with specific info in the Subject line or body of the message.

You'll need to set up a Rule and templates for the replies. May I ask why
you need to do this?
