Is it possible to create a rule to not autoreply to some specific email
address? I want to let the whole world know that I'm on vacation and when
I'll be back, however, there is one or two specific person that I don't want
to send such autoreply to, is there a way to create an exception rule to such
email addresses? or is it true that once autoreply function is on, there is
no other ways but to let everyone know (even spammers, so as to speak =.=")??
Hope someone could help, thanks~~~

Yes, use the "Except is from" exception when you are building the rule
to reply.

You do realize that you'll have to leave Outlook running all the time you're
gone for this to work, correct? Don't worry about informing spammers. They
don't use replyable addresses. This function is best performed on the mail
server side.

Go to this link

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...428971033.aspx

Follow the steps on the item called

"Create a rule from a template or from scratch"

Correct. You must have your PC on and Outlook running in order for
autoreplies via rules to work, unless you use an Exchange account. If you're
a home user, that's not likely.
