How to Automically Execute Privledged Commands at Logoff?

Whenever one of my (non-privledged) users logoff one of our Windows XP
Professional computers, there is a process that we need to kill .
Terminating the process requires administrator privledges. What is
the correct way to automatically terminate this process? Or in
general, how does one execute a batch/vbscript with admin privledges
during logon/logoff?

Thank you,
Andrew Martin
