when i click -view the status of my system hardware and software on the page
i get this message -Automation server can't create object. what has
happened.thanks for your help.

Make sure the machine is malware/virus free by scanning.

Open a run command and type in:

regsvr32 jscript.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 scrrun.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 wshom.ocx click [OK]

Reboot your machine and try to open view the status of my system hardware
and software, does it help?

If it didn't help try this command:
sfc /scannow
