automating user input

's Computer Specifications

I have to run an update on several
winxp clients. The problem is that,
the particular update requires a user
to click through menus. Is there
anyway to automate that? Ideally,
I'd just like to run a batch file which
would act as a wrapper for this process.
My only dilemma being automating
the user input as described above.
