Automating update between two workbook

Good day everyone,

Currently I have two sets of workbook at different location (file server).

Let's call it book A and book B.

Book A will remain open 24/7 and Book B is used by another person to put
info into it.

Here are my questions: -

1) Is is possible for me to link Book A and Book B?

2) If possible to link, can Book A be automated to update the data from Book
B at a designated hour when Book B is closed and Book A is opened.
