I have read this http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/skedrpt.htm and
using Outlook 2003 the directions do not seem to match what I see on
the screen.

Is there something I am missing or is this a bit out of date? I am a
heavy user of Outlook but am not experienced with programming. Any help
appreciated.

The article dates back to Outlook 97 and 98. Maybe you could tell us a little about what you're trying to accomplish and where you're getting stumped/

Ok thanks Sue.

I have a remote web server that is giving intermittent connectivity
problems but only with Outlook full version. I want to send email every
10 minutes from several computers on several ISP's and to monitor the
server. I have not been able to replicate the problem from my ISP.
Anyone using other email clients has no problems. Sites do not have
exchange server Just outlook 2003. It may not be the best approach but
I thought this would be one.

Thanks

Oh and the site I referred to it mentioned "Outlook 2003 users will not
get a prompt on a published form." so I guessed it was applicable.
