Innate application? No.
As for worrying about logging someone out with Remote Desktop - if you
wanted to do this when no one is home - what does it matter? And if you are
logging in as the same user that was logged in when you left - you just take
over that session. It also should warn you that you are about to log
someone out if someone does happen to be home, logged in.
Remote Assistance really cannot be automated.. It is for ASSSISTING someone
sitting at the computer - not for remotely controlling the desktop without
someone there.
Now - UltraVNC or TightVNC will allow you to remote right into the
computer - and you will see whatever is happening at the computer when you
remote in - even if someone else is there.
There is no innate way - however - to have multiple sessions going on the
Windows XP computer at one time remotely.
