Automating "paste Link" fuction using VBA

I am trying to replicate the paste link function to link data in 2 worksheets
together. The first sheet contains 1500 columns by 250 rows. The first 10
columns and 20 rows are headers only the rest is data. I need to link to a
second worksheet such that every nth column of data is duplicated from the
first sheet into sequential columns in the second. The second sheet is "read
only" and only provides a condensed view of the main data sheet.

I can achive this by manually selecting each nth set of data and "paste
link" in the second sheet, but due to the size and volume of data this is
impractical. as such I have been trying to automate using VBA with little
success. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mark
