Automating Opening Of "Help and Support Center" Dialog?

Anybody know of a way to open this via a .BAT or .CMD file?...
or, better yet, just a Windows shortcut?

Right now, I've go the prospect of a total technophobe on the
other end of the line and wanting them to send me an invitation
to connect to their PC.

Once the "Help and Support Center" dialog is open, I'm pretty
sure I can get them to find/click on "Invite a friend..." and
follow the prompts from there on.

But I expect trouble getting them to press F1 on their desktop.

"What is a Desktop"

"How do I get there"

..... and so-forth.

e.g. if they have MS Word open with the parent window maxed, I've
got a problem.

Better if I can put an icon somewhere on their quick launch bar
or in the Start menu that does the same thing as pressing F1
while the desktop has focus.

So... anybody know how to open that dialog programmatically?

The brass ring, of course, would be some sort of API that I could
write to and do an end run around the whole process - just
sending the invitation after prompting for an email address.
