Automating Microsoft Word Documents

I'm trying to automate the process of filling out several Word 2007
documents. On each document, I have several content control fields. Many of
these content control fields contain the same data on different documents.
How do I link two content control fields on separate documents? For example,
I would like to insert data into Document A and then the data would
automatically be inserted into Document B. Is this possible?

Bookamrk the text in the main document and then use the IncludeText field
referring to that Bookmark in the other documents.
