Automating Messages

's Computer Specifications

I send out the same reminder emails every week and I hate it. Is there any
way to set up a specific email message to be sent out the same day and time
every week where I don't have to go in and send it out every week? My guess
is that this isn't possible, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask!
