automating Fax Printer

I'm searchin for an Option to automate the windows fax printer.

We had installed windows fax server on a windows 2003 server and on windows
xp clients.

Now we want to send faxes from our application and we want to pass the fax
numbers from out application automaticly to windows fax.

Most fax servers supporting this by typing the fax number in the document
like @@faxnumber@

Is this possible with microsoft fax service?
