Automaticallyl deleting received mail with my replies

I want to be able to "reply and delete the originally sent email. I receive
so many emails that this would save me the step of replying to messages then
having to immediately delete the sender's email.

There's got to be a way to do this.

AFAIK there is no native way of doing this.
