I am looking at a webpage that would need to import files and republish
itself regularly. So much so that i would not be able to moiniter it all the
time. Does anyone know how to acomplish this without the use of Visual
Basic? Is Visual Basic my only option?

You will need lots of custom VBA or VB (accessing the FP object model)

Booyah. Thanks, this is exactly the type of information that i have been
seeking, but has been hard to come by. Thanks again i can't tell you how
