How can you setup an automatic shutdown when a PC has been logged out and
inactive for a certain period of time (eg 2 hours)? Is there a registry
setting? Thanks

don't know about the condition of being logged out but you can set the PC to
- hibernate
- standby
after a specified period of inactivity using power settings

alternative one could but not ideal, schedule a job - it would a bit tricky
and vulnerable.

I have done schedule midnight to force logoff and shutdown in some place in
accordance of their workplace policy.
