automatically shutdown pc after application closes

      8th Sep 2007
i have an application on a pc which is simply in the startup folder and opens
when the pc starts but when i close the application i obviously go back to
the desktop.
i need a way for the application to close and then the pc shutdown so no one
can access the pc.
please can someone help

Stuart,

If the application is a file share program then usually they have that option

Why not just click Shutdow which will close that application?

I didn't understand well but you may kill process by task manager, but
of course it's boring and long way to step up, so you can modify
startup files by hitting "msconfig" to start -> run.
