I want to send a recurring email out every day to the same email address that occurs at a specific time of day.

I'm using Outlook 2002, SP3.

How can I do this?

which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, html or plain text,
with attachments, either as a one-off or regularly at a specified time and
interval
