Automatically Save Excel Spreadsheet to User Desktop

How would I save an excel spreadsheet to the user desktop,

I want to place a button on the worksheet that when clicked will save the
active workbook on a users desktop and get then name from a value in cell c14

You can't in FrontPage without server side script
