We host a mission-critical web application with thousands of users. To ensure
a good performace, we set long expiry time on those files like Java scripts
and image files, and we know those files are properly cached on both client
and proxy. The problem is new versions of those files may be released onto
web site before the cached files are expired. So, how to automatically reload
those newly released files only onto client machines?
