Automatically refreshing the browser

I would like to ensure that whenever a person visits my site that they always
get the most recent version of the web page. I have placed the following
code into my pages:
<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">

Will this ensure that ALL browser types will refresh?

NO, try http-equiv="REFRESH" content="5; url=yourpage.htm">
