A Customer is using the global planning in outlook 2007, but when the have
open it the hole day, the planning is nog automatically refreshing. And then
you must click on refresh planning, when you would like to see the newest
planning of every person.

I have search on google and office help for this option, but i can't find
it. Is there any way to do this automatically each 5 min? With a option or
script?

Kind Regards,

Jordy van den Elshout

Sorry, I mean the Calendar Group Schedule where you can get a total schedule
of more people.

Do you have a solution for it?

You'll need to refresh it yourself as needed.
