Hi all,

Exhange/outlook 2003

Outlook can track when messages send is read or delivered by recipients.
Sender can receive a message notification as each message is delivered or
read. The contents of the message notifications are then automatically
recorded on the “Tracking tab” of the original message in sender Sent Items
folder. (But the message notification requires user to open, and then record
to the “Tracking tab”. "Mark as read" and run delete rule option do not work.
I tried)

As a result, I receive over hundreds of message notification mail from
recipients and have to double click to open the notification so as to update
the log to tracking tab. And.. such problem repeats every day which adds
heavy burden to the user.

Do you have any idea to resolve such problem? I am not a programmer. I don’t
know whether there is a program available in the market to resolve that
problem. Any help?

Many thanks
Jenny
