If you open an email, move it and resize it to where/how you want it, then
close it, the next email should open in the same place and at the same size
as the one you just closed. Even if closing Outlook, the size and position
should be that same as last opened. Or at least it is on my PC. Whether it
has something to do with dual monitors, I don't know, but that's the only
reason I can think of.
