I keep receiving junk email of people selling viagra/cialis etc. I tried
adding a Rule to move those emails to the junk folder using the "selected
words in body of email" but it apparently doesn't work because the whole
message body is just a picture.

Does anyone know how I can automatically send those emails to the junk
folder? Please help!

See if there's something specific in the message headers that you can use in
the rule's condition.
