We've recently upgraded from Groupwise to Exchange and Outlook. One of our
domain admins' Outlook profile has been recreated several times but it
continues to default to the wrong user's user name. The effect is that he
has to Send As himself to send outgoing email, otherwise he is denied
permission.

I've reinstalled Outlook and searched the registry and couldn't find a way
to change this. I have turned on the "Always prompt for user name and
password" so that he can at least login to Outlook with his own user name.

Where is this user name stored so I can change it to his own?
