Automatically install new hardware?

I have an application that recognizes certain input from
Bluetooth devices. That application is client-facing and,
when a bluetooth device is found, the 'Add New Hardware'
wizard launches. I want to just automatically install the
found device instead of presenting the 'Add New Hardware'
interface to the client.

Is there a way to do this in Windows 2000?

Thanks.
