How do i add my name and company to the bottom of the e-mail

You need to create a signature. In outlook, go to Tools>Options, then click
on the "Mail Format" tab. Click on the "Signatures" button. At the Signatures
and Stationary dialogue box, under the "E-mail Signature" tab, click on
"New." Create you signature, then activate it by using the "Choose default
signature" options.
