NEED TO INSERT DATE THREE DAYS FROM THE DATE THE DOCUMENT IS POSTED. SINCE
THIS IS ROUTINE I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS DONE AUTOMATICALLY. CAN I INSERT A
DATE+3?

If the DATE THE DOCUMENT IS POSTED is a field in a table, you can achieve
that using a query
In the query create a new field
NewDate: DateAdd("d",3,[DATE THE DOCUMENT IS POSTED FIELD NAME])

Or
NewDate: [DATE THE DOCUMENT IS POSTED FIELD NAME] + 3
