Automatically Indenting in Outlook 2000 & 2002

Hi

Can someone tell me if I can automatically indent in OUTLOOK 2000 & 2002?

I have set up some stationery for a client & they need to be able to click
on new mail and the cursor automatically be placed in a writable area of the
page.

I guess the other option is a text box to type into but I am not sure how to
place this in automatically either.
