Is there anyway that I can automatically foward my emails from outlook to a
hotmail email account? My work outlook account will not allow my phone to
send/recieve emails, but I was thinking if I could get them automatically
sent to a hotmail account it would work.

You could certainly do that with a rule in Outlook at work, but you'll still
need help from your IT department if your workplace uses an Exchange Server.
By default, Exchange Server will not send automatic replies, forwards, or
Out of Office messages to the Internet due to the high potential for email
loops which can bring down the entire server in minutes.
