Automatically forwarding NON-SPAM incoming messages

I am using Outlook 2003 with the AddIn SpamBayes to help combat the
deluge of spam I receive. I am interested in having every non-spam
email I receive automatically forwarded to another account.

Right now I have setup a Rule in the Rule Wizard to send every incoming
message to this other account, per the instructions here:
http://ittraining.lse.ac.uk/Document...your-email.htm

The problem is that EVERY message is forwarded, even messages SpamBayes
flags as spam (which makes up over 90% of all messages I get).
Additionally, there are a couple of other annoyances with
auto-forwarding:

-- Clogs up the Sent Items folder with a ton of fowarded messages
-- Adds my signature and the other forwarding markup (the FW: in the
subject, for example)... ideally I'd just like the message copied over
just as it was received)

I am not an Outlook expert in the least, so I'm not sure where,
exactly, I need to be looking for this matter. Can anyone give some
advice/points/first steps?

Thanks
