I'd like for outlook to automatically send a standard scripted email to the
next day's external meeting contacts, but not internal. So for example if my
boss has two internal meetings and one lunch out, I'd like it to email the
asst to his lunch date with "Just wanted to confirm tomorrow's appt with John
Doe. Please let me know if there have been any changes or confirm the
appointment. thanks" I have access to his calendar as a shared calendar,
outlook 2003 exchange server 2003. I don't mind adding a contact into the
calendar meeting, just need to know what to do.
