Is there a way to make Outlook delete all previous emails from a string of
attached emails from replys or forwards or answers on the same subject?

In Outlook 2007, open Tools, select Options. In the Preferences tab, select
E-mail Options. In the "On replies and forwards" sectipn, you can set your
preferences for how much you want to include in the text when replying and
forwarding your messages. "Do not include original message" is one of the
options. This will set the default for every mail you reply to or forward.

Hope that helps!
