I would like to have a rule in outlook that would automatically delete reply
emails when people have accepted a meeting UNLESS they typed a response to me
in the reply.

I can get to a rule to delete all messages with "Accepted" in the subject
but cannot figure out how to create an exception for if there are any words
in the body of the email.

Any thoughts? Thanks,

Dan

Wouldn't "except if the body contains specific words" work, if you specify
"a", "e", "i", "o", "u", and "y" as the specific words? That way, if the
body is empty, the exception wouldn't match, but if it contained nearly any
English word, the exception would see it.

No rule required - it is a built in feature.

Tools->Options->Email Options->Tracking Options->Delete blank voting and meeting responses after processing.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Help Please! asked:
