Automatically create worksheets by entering a number

Hello. I need to be able create n copies of a worksheet whenever I enter a
number into a cell in my first worksheet titled Data Entry. The worksheet to
be copied would be the next one in the workbook titled C1 and so copies need
to be numbered sequentially; C2,C3,C4 etc. I would very much apprecite any
wisdom that can be shared towards this end. Many thanks for your help in
