Automatically create account in outlook with password

Hi,

i would like to automatically create/add new account into outlook. This is simple using .prf file. But i would also like to set the password for this account. It's not important how, either using some script, 3rd party libraries like redemption or any other way.

I'm looking for a solution for OL 2003 +
