Automatically Colour Coding Appointments

Ill explain the scenario.

Using exchange and outlook a few people use a shared calander and what
we are wanting to do is that whenever someone creates a new
appointment on their computer that it is automatically labels the
appointment with "their" colour.

eg person 1 = red
person 2 = green

This way by just looking at the calander and seeing the colours we
could work out if people were busy or not.

I guess this is going to be a registry hack but I cant seem to find
where.

Any Ideas suggestions appreciated.

Cheers

Gavin

you could do it with automatically formatting in a view - but it only works
for table views unless you use Outlook 2002/2003.
