Automatically clear Outlook Secure Temp Folder?

is there any way to automatically clear the temp folder? I get a few calls a
week from users not able to open attachments because the temp folder has hit
99, and while it only takes a minute to do it manually, I'd like to find a
way to have it automatically delete these files... Any ideas?

I see a LOT of people asking about the problem, and so far MS hasn't offered
a permanent fix...

Would configuring IE to clear its TIF cure the problem (since the OLK
folder is under the TIF folder)?

How about scheduling the Disk Cleanup Wizard to run periodically?

My experiments indicate that clearing the Temporary Internet Files via IE
doesn't touch the Outlook Secure Temp folder.

Yep, you're right. I opened a .txt attachment to an e-mail in OL2002.
A copy was saved under the OLK folder. Emptying the TIF folder did not
erase the files in the OLK folder. I then ran the Disk Cleanup Wizard
and still the files were not deleted.

I then ran CCleaner and the OLK folder did get emptied (as Outlook was
one of the applications listed and enabled for its cleanup operation).
A scheduled event can be defined for CCleaner that runs:

"C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe" /auto
